The current Controller of the Website, Edoardo Gironi, processes personal, identification and non-sensitive data (e.g. name, surname, telephone number, email address, etc.) provided by you in the context of a request for contact or booking of services or online purchases.

The processing is aimed solely at pursuing the aims of the Website, i.e. providing the information required.

The processing of your personal data is carried out via the actions indicated in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4, no. 2) of the GDPR, and specifically: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.
Your personal data are subject to electronic processing, using a hosting website managed by the company Register.it, which adopts appropriate technical safety measures as required.
The Controller will process personal data for the period of time required to fulfil the purposes for which such data was provided.
Data provided on a voluntary basis by the user.
Voluntary sending of emails to the email addresses indicated on this website leads to the subsequent acquisition by the Controller of the sender’s email address, required to reply to their requests, and any other personal data contained or entered in the message sent.
Rights of the data subject
In your capacity as data subject, you have the rights indicated by art. 15 of the GDPR, specifically:
- the right to confirm the existence of otherwise of personal data regarding you, also if not yet registered, and their sending to you in intelligible form;
- the right to be notified of: a) the origin of the personal data, b) the purposes and methods of processing, and c) the logic applied in the event of processing performed with the use of electronic tools;
- the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification, or where in your interest, integration of the data, b) the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of the data processed in breach of the law, including data which it is unnecessary to store in relation to the purposes for which the data were gathered or subsequently processed;
- oppose, fully or partially: a) for legitimate reasons the processing of your personal data, even where pertinent to the purpose of their acquisition.
