One of our clients operates in the chemical industry, and their company acts as a centralizer of other companies through membership. Its purpose is to foster and increase the sustainability of the founding companies and their supply chain.
Among the various initiatives implemented on their Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) platform, is the provision of a series of e-learning courses for members and suppliers on key topics such as the environment, health and safety, labor, and human rights, to name just a few.
Recently, we were asked to visually represent in an aggregated way the progress of training needed to ensure a certain quality standard within their supply chain.
More specifically, one or more people from each member company of this association needed to be able to see in a dedicated dashboard the progress of each company in their supply chain and, in addition, the ability to have an overview that consolidated the data from all their supplier companies.
We proceeded in this way: first, we gathered requirements through interviews with the client, which allowed us to create a tailored dashboard containing only the data relevant to them.
Next, our development team designed a suitable infrastructure solution, integrated directly within the Docebo LMS, as if it were a custom page.
Finally, our design team designed an attractive, easy-to-use dashboard, incorporating the client’s input and wishes at every stage of the design and development process.
The end result fully satisfied the client and the people from the various member companies who now regularly use the dashboard as part of their work activities.
